Safety Instructions

Scented Candles:
• Never leave unattended while burning.
• Do not ingest.
• Do not use in the following areas: non-heat-resistant materials, obstructed areas, areas accessible to babies, small children or pets, areas with wind and/or direct sunlight, near heating devices, near flammable sources with high temperatures.
• Do not place matches or trash in the candle.
• Pregnant women, children, and the elderly should consult a doctor before use.
• Do not use for purposes other than its intended use.
• Trim the wick to approximately 1cm in length, remove the excess, and straighten the wick before use.
• Discontinue use if the ceramic shell becomes damaged or cracked.
• When moving the product, handle with care.

Flameless Diffuser:
• Do not place near fire sources.
• Do not ingest. If accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Rinse with water and seek immediate medical attention.
• If the fragrance oil spills, clean it up immediately as remnants may pose a fire hazard.
• Use only as an indoor fragrance diffuser. Do not use for any other purpose.

• Avoiding direct skin contact (e.g., wash hands after handing candles/wax).

For Pets:
Please be advised that no product can be guaranteed 100% pet-safe due to varying sensitivities. Our testing confirms the absence of ethanol, but some ingredients (though compliant) may irritate pets if ingested or inhaled.

Precautionary Measures：

2. What should I do if I get the diffuser oil on my skin or in my eyes?

Skin Contact:
• Immediately rinse the affected area with plenty of soap and lukewarm water for at least 15-20 seconds.
• Remove any contaminated clothing and wash before reuse,
• If irritation, redness, or discomfort persists, seek medical attention or contact a poison control center.

Eye Contact:
• Hold eyelids open and rinse eyes gently under cool, running water for at least 15 minutes.

Our products are free from artificial dyes or synthetic colorants. Any subtle hues you see – such as the warm golden tones in select fragrances – occur naturally from plant-derived ingredients like Jasmine extracts. These botanicals impart both fragrance and a delicate tint without the need for added pigments.

5. How long can I expect the fragrance to last from your diffusers and scented candles?

Scented Candles:

Reed Diffusers:
Usage Duration: ~3 months* (depends on room temperature and reed placement).
