Due to the delicate and consumable nature of our fragrances, we generally discourage returns for quality and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction remains our top priority, which is why we offer a 14-day return window under the following conditions:


• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• A photo/video proof of the item’s condition is required (to protect against counterfeit goods and ensure authenticity)
• Items purchased during sales, with promotional discounts, coupons, or gift cards are not eligible for returns
• Returns cannot be processed for items delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer-provided errors

Important Notes:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
• Please double-check your shipping details during checkout to ensure a smooth process

Faulty Items & Delivery Policies

Damaged/Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We offer:
• Full refund
• Replacement item (subject to availability)

Delivery Risks & Responsibilities:
1. Shipping Accuracy:
• Incorrect address/contact details may result in lost packages
• Refunds cannot be guaranteed for delivery failures caused by customer-provided errors
• Always verify your shipping information during checkout
2. International Order (Non-UK):
• Import taxes/duties are the customer’s responsibility
• unpaid customs fees may cause delivery failure without refund eligibility
• Contact information must be current to receive customs notifications

• Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee package recovery for address errors
• Return shipping costs are not covered for international returns
• Placing and order constitutes acceptance of these policies

Simplified Return Process in Easy Steps

We’ve designed our return process to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Here’s how it works:


1. Document Your Item:

Take clear photos/videos showing:
• The product in its original packaging
• Any specific issues (if applicable)
• Your order details (order ID visible if possible)

2. Initiate Your Return:

Email us at jianshanpark@gmail.com with:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Attached photos/video documentation
• Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)

3. Approval & Next Steps:

We’ll review within 1-3 business days and you’ll receive email confirmation of approval/next steps.

4. Return Shipping:

We will email a prepaid return label (if applicable) OR for customer-paid returns, we will provide carrier instructions.

Gentle Reminder:
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect products, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and email you a prepaid return label. However, to promote sustainability and fair access for all customers, return shipping fees apply when:
• Incorrect shipping details were provided
• Delivery was refused without valid reason
• The return is unrelated to product quality
• Item were purchased during sales/promotions or with discounts
This helps us minimize waste while protecting our community from misuse.

5. Return Processing:

Upong receipt, refunds are issued within 7-10 business days.
